Call of Duty Embraces the NVIDIA RTX Spark Platform
Microsoft hosted an exciting Surface hardware launch event today, October 8. The company proudly unveiled the brand-new Surface Laptop Ultra. Although the presentation heavily emphasized business applications and artificial intelligence, Microsoft certainly did not forget about gaming enthusiasts. In a surprising announcement, Call of Duty is coming to NVIDIA RTX Spark next year.
A Major Leap for Windows Gaming
Pavan Davuluri, the passionate leader of Microsoft’s Windows and Devices division, delivered the fantastic news during the keynote. He officially confirmed that the legendary Call of Duty franchise will debut on the RTX Spark platform next year. Furthermore, Davuluri promised that more specific details regarding this monumental release will follow in subsequent updates.
During the dynamic presentation, Microsoft also highlighted another highly anticipated title. They explicitly mentioned that “Gears of War: E-Day” seamlessly supports RTX Spark laptops. This intense game leverages the powerful Spark platform to render highly complex enemy AI behaviors. Moreover, it delivers breathtaking, visually stunning gaming environments.
Expanding the RTX Spark Ecosystem
Nvidia previously outlined an impressive roadmap for its innovative platform. The tech giant confirmed that several major titles will soon receive optimization for RTX Spark. This distinguished list includes “EA SPORTS F1 25,” the wildly popular “Apex Legends,” “Anno 117: Pax Romana,” “ARC Raiders,” and “The Finals.” Additionally, the versatile platform will feature native integration and robust support for the EA Javelin anti-cheat system.
