Exynos 2700 Enters Mass Production

Recently, renowned industry tipster @IceUniverse shared an exciting update regarding mobile processors. Samsung Electronics has officially started mass production of the new Exynos 2700 processor. This advanced chip serves as the core component for the upcoming Galaxy S27 smartphone series. Reportedly, the initial production volume has increased by 10 percent compared to its predecessor.

Impressive Benchmark Performance

Furthermore, GeekBench test scores for an Exynos 2700 engineering sample recently surfaced online. Specifically, the version 6.7.1 benchmark reveals a stellar single-core score of 4,328 points. Meanwhile, the multi-core performance reaches an impressive 14,700 points.

Advanced Deca-Core Architecture

According to the latest benchmark data, the internal architecture perfectly matches previously leaked images. The CPU section utilizes a highly sophisticated 1+4+1+4 cluster design. Consequently, the chip features ten total cores divided into two distinct groups. The first group includes one Arm C1-Ultra core clocking at 3.36 GHz. It also features four C1-Pro cores running smoothly at 2.88 GHz.

Conversely, the second group delivers immense processing power for demanding mobile tasks. It boasts one incredible Arm C2-Ultra core operating at a blazing 4.24 GHz. Additionally, it contains four C2-Pro cores clocked efficiently at 3.74 GHz.

Graphics and Artificial Intelligence

Regarding graphics rendering capabilities, this formidable chip will likely equip the Xclipse 970 GPU. Furthermore, it might seamlessly integrate a dedicated neural processing unit. This specialized NPU will expertly handle complex on-device artificial intelligence tasks. Simultaneously, industry rumors suggest the Exynos 2700 will support cutting-edge LPDDR6 memory. Thus, it will perfectly satisfy the immense memory bandwidth demands of next-generation mobile devices.

Galaxy S27 Series Integration

Concerning device compatibility, the standard Samsung Galaxy S27 and Galaxy S27+ models will definitely debut this processor. Moreover, industry whispers indicate a much broader rollout strategy across specific global markets. Therefore, the premium Galaxy S27 Pro and Galaxy S27 Ultra variants might also utilize the powerful Exynos 2700 chip.
